RECEPTIONISTS

We are seeking an energetic, mature, flexible and passionate Part-Time receptionist.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Greeting clients and patients
  • Answering telephones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining client/patient records
  • Collection of fees
  • Reception and exam room cleanliness
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Assisting all staff as needed

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

We are seeking a part time-time veterinary technician (with the opportunity of full-time in spring)  who should be proficient in client communication and education, surgical prep, anesthesia monitoring, catheter placement, and fluid administration, radiology, and use of in-house lab equipment. Experience in dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs is preferred. Additional responsibilities include housecleaning, maintenance of equipment, and basic reception duties. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, is self-directed, is a strong team player, and has great customer service skills. Our facility uses digital radiography, dental radiography and electronic medical records (computer skills are necessary).

Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

VETERINARIAN ASSISTANT

Ward personnel are responsible for animal handling, bathing and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, waste disposal, and running lab work.
